Please use this form to apply for the Christopher D. Corbett Memorial Fund elementary and high school scholarships. Applicants must be students currently enrolled in Catholic school who have been accepted into a Catholic elementary school or high school* for the upcoming academic year. The award is $500 for elementary school recipients and $1,000 for high school recipients. Graduating eighth-grade students may apply for the $1,000 high school scholarship if they will be attending one of the eligible high schools in the fall.

Also required are one letter of recommendation and a copy of your current academic transcript. The letter should provide testimony of your commitment to making a difference and must be written by a member of the school faculty or parish priest/deacon.

Please contact your Guidance office and let them know that you have submitted an application. We will request that they send us transcripts and faculty recommendations. Non-faculty recommendations, as well as any questions, can be emailed to
