College Scholarships Application

Instructions

Please use this form to apply for the Christopher D. Corbett Memorial Fund college scholarship. The award is $1,000. Applicants must be graduating seniors from Holy Cross, St. Paul, Mercy, or Xavier high schools who plan to attend college, university, or community college in the upcoming fall semester to pursue studies in criminal justice or a related field (e.g., forensic science, cybersecurity, or criminal law).

All personal information should be entered using the form fields below. Essays can be composed in Word and uploaded to this form where indicated.

Also required are one letter of recommendation and a copy of your current academic transcript. The letter should provide testimony of your commitment to making a difference and must be written by a member of the school faculty or parish priest/deacon.

Please contact your Guidance office and let them know that you have submitted an application. We will request that they send us transcripts and faculty recommendations. Non-faculty recommendations, as well as any questions, can be emailed to chriscorbett5k@gmail.com.
